Navatek’s mission is to develop technologies which improve the sea-keeping, sea-kindliness, speed, and fuel/transport efficiency of both large ships and small craft. We accomplish this by:
- Developing advanced hydrodynamic analysis tools and predictive models which allow us to significantly expand the design envelope, while simultaneously reducing the cost and time needed to bring concepts to commercialization.
- Moving beyond prediction to experimental validation – by building small-scale and large-scale technology demonstrators/prototypes, instrumenting them, and testing them at sea.
- Developing multiple applications for each technology (product line extension)
- Identifying strategic partners in business and government to advance shared goals and commercialize our patented/proprietary technologies.
